Instalco cares about your personal privacy and we protect your personal data. We only process personal data when we can do so in a way that is compliant with rules and regulations and to meet the needs of our stakeholders.
When you use the functions on our website, such as sending information or questions to us via the website, you simultaneously give consent for us to process your personal data.
1.2. Personal data controller
Instalco AB and its subsidiaries each act as personal data controller when processing the personal data that falls within the scope of their operations.
1.3. Personal data processing
The scope of our personal data processing is very limited. However, we do need to process personal data for the following reasons:
* to fulfil our obligations having to do with assignments and providing services
* when we are contacted about vacant positions or when we respond to other questions
* when we are contacted in other ways, such as visits to one of our offices
* when you participate in various types of surveys that we conduct
* if you are one of our customers or suppliers
1.4. Registered information
We register contact information, such as name, address, phone number and email address. For some of our services, we also collect information about your preferences, such as clothing size, or diet restrictions. When necessary, we may also log the time when contact was made, along with the reason.
If you represent an organization, we also register information such as your job title and other information related to that role.
1.5. Purpose for processing personal data
We store the personal data that you have provided in our systems and use it for the intended purposes. We also use it to keep you informed about our offerings, or the offerings of our carefully selected partners. If you have provided us with specific interests, we will use that information to select offerings particularly relevant to you.
In the following situations, we only use the personal data for the intended purpose: when you apply for a vacant position, when you notify us of your interest in employment with us, when you participate in surveys or if you want us to contact you.

Our parent company and subsidiaries have taken the necessary measures for protecting personal data from unauthorized access, alteration and destruction.
1.9. Corrections and extracts
You are entitled to know what personal data we have stored about you. If you discover errors in your personal data, you may request to have it corrected or deleted. To do so, contact the person at our Instalco company with whom you normally interact.
Once per year, you are entitled to, at no charge, request an extract from the register about the personal data that we have stored about you. To do so, you must submit a written request containing your personal identity number and your address. You must also sign the request. We will send the extract to your registered address.
